Pastor Chuck Smith, Senior Pastor
As the primary teaching pastor, Pastor Chuck has a passion for carefully unpacking the truths of Scripture. Pastor Chuck holds a BA in Biblical Education from Lee University and a MA in Theological Studies with an emphasis in Old Testament from Wheaton Graduate School.
Donna Smith
Administrative Assistant/Children's Ministry/Music Director
Donna dedicates her talents to Broadway's music ministry and our children's ministry. Donna holds a BME in Music Education from Wheaton Conservatory of Music.
Dona Good-Majewski
Business Office/Media/Tech Team
Dedicated to the Lord and His house! Dona has over sixteen years of financial experience as well as two college degrees and a Specialized Technology degree. As a member of Broadway Community Church she has been involved in many ministries in her dedication to service. Dona has one child, Keely Alexandra.

Secretary/Social Media/PR
The position of the Church Secretary is a very special ministry and important in a church setting. She is on the front-lines and is one of the first persons the public sees and talks to. Alex is willing to go "above and beyond" the personal investment for a job that is considered "normal" in the secular world. Alex graduated from Cypress Lake Center For The Arts and has earned some college credits.
Vivian Jones
Southwest Florida Outreach Food Pantry
A true woman of God serving the community with her determination and dedication. Vivian oversees the daily ins and outs of Broadway’s Outreach Food Pantry which provides food for those in need. Once a month the Food Pantry team makes deliveries to the elderly that are not able to get out.
